High ceilings make room for high expectations. At our
Headquarters (Pittsburgh), we've created an environment that
encourages innovation and collaboration, hard work and fun. The
basketball court, pool table, gaming room offer a quick break when
needed. The full kitchen is stocked with Coca-Cola, coffee, tea and
assorted snacks, plus we have a new coffee cafe right around the
corner. The South Side, Oakland, and Downtown are minutes away by
foot, bike or car for a quick lunch of anything from shish taouk to
pad thai to ploughman's platter.
Our immediate neighborhood has been rediscovered by new
residents, artists, and entrepreneurs who are remaking the corridor
between the downtown area and the educational/medical hub of
Oakland. We are currently working on a new community garden, a
community brick oven center, a new sculpture garden, streetscaping,
and more.
Our Miami offers views of the ocean, a warm, winter spot for
client meetings, and it gives us some geographic and ethnic
diversity - important in creating a culture of collaboration and
invention. Our wonderful Los Angeles office fills in the rest of
the gaps. And while it's our smallest office, it is also our
fastest growing.

Environment
While we love our 15 foot ceilings,
basketball court, pool table and other assorted games, we know that
without promoting a culture of respect for every individual, our
environment will stink worse than an old Converse.
We have lots of interesting open and closed-door spaces to think
and work. The coffee is always on, as our kitchen is open 24-7. A
walk through the office offer views of the Monongahela River, South
Side slopes and Golden Triangle. And we appreciate the fact that
we're in a neighborhood with artists and artisans, other small
businesses, students, white and blue collars. This environment make
us feel at ease and puts us in a state of mind that allows us to
create great work.

Besides the ol' salary, we have a comprehensive

Education
Most people come to us with some
education, and that's great, but we'd like to see everyone get
more. We believe that continuous education, formal and informal,
must be a lifelong pursuit. (We even have a library with old
fashioned "books").
Practically, we encourage team members to attend seminars
relevant to their skill sets and those that will help them expand
their competencies. We schedule periodic outings where we might see
a gallery exhibit together, listen to some new music, or share in
some community service. So "stay in school" if you're there. If
