His inaugural project: ICON South Beach. Our task was to translate the vibrancy, creativity and surprise that defines Phillipe Starke designs into a site that would not only showcase the planned high-rise, but also help move units.
The results were nothing short of spectacular. The site, a one-of-a-kind web experience of sight and sound was a sensation, attracted more than 350,000 visitors in the first month following launch. Icon sold out before they broke ground.
